As a Service Manager you will enable service users lead full and integrated lives in the community in which they live.
Through the effective management of resources and supervision of a staff team you will ensure the delivery of high-quality person-centred care and housing support to individuals with learning disabilities who may have complex health needs or who may present with behaviours of concern.
The service must be delivered in accordance with relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, standards of practice and Triangle's strategic and policy framework The Package We have 1 x permanent 37-hour position in Ballycastle and 1 x permanent 37-hour position in Ballymoney.
A waiting list will be created for similar role that arise in the next 12 months.
