What the Room Leader role entails: As a Room Leader, you'll be an ambassador for our values and a gatekeeper for our vibrant culture.
You'll take full ownership of your room, transforming learning outcomes into inspiring classroom experiences.
You'll lead your room team to plan, organise, and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Kido curriculum.
You'll support educators in observing and assessing their key children and setting goals for each child.
You'll be accountable for your team following standards and driving their growth and development.
You'll deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys within our nursery, effectively communicating with parents, children, and colleagues.
You will assess and record each child's progress and achievements, ensuring no milestone goes unnoticed and every achievement is celebrated.

What we're looking for: A relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum.Values that align with our core values - Listen, Learn, and Lead.An experienced Level 3 Educator, preferably a Room Leader or Deputy Room Leader.The right to work in the UK.Willingness to provide details of all unspent convictions prior to interview, in line with our Safer Recruitment process.What's next?
