About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Roadside Recovery Expert to join our team.
As a key member of our roadside recovery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members' vehicles are recovered safely and efficiently.
Job Summary This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Roadside Recovery Driver with The AA, one of the UK's leading breakdown recovery providers.
As a Roadside Recovery Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to breakdowns and providing assistance to our members.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to breakdowns and provide assistance to our members.
Operate a range of recovery vehicles, including HGV recovery trucks.
Work independently, using your own initiative to resolve situations.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements: A full driving category C licence (HGV 2) and ideally a CE (HGV 1) licence.
A valid Digital Drivers/Tachograph Card.
Digital CPC qualification.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is approximately £32,940 per annum for a CE (HGV 1) license holder, and £29,660 per annum for a C (HGV 2) license holder.
