Job DescriptionService Advisor needed in the Hounslow area of Greater LondonSalary circa 28k plus 3-4k bonusWe are working with a Commercial / LCV Garage who are actively looking for a Service Advisor to join there friendly team.
Nr Hounslow in Greater London / Middlesex.Job Role – Commercial / HGV / LCV Service Advisor Salary – circa 28k / OTE 31-32kMonday to Friday 8am until 6pm plus 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings.Service Advisor Duties include: Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional mannerAdvise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertakenSell additional products as appropriate to customers' needsAdvise on timescales and collection arrangementsProduce job cards on in-house computer systemUpdate customer and vehicle recordsDocument all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policyPreparation and completion of invoices For this Service Advisor position you will have: Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage / commercial / HGV / LCV environment (not essential)Full driving licenceExcellent communication skillsExcellent Customer Service skills As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.In particular my client is looking for some one with strong customer service skills who has excellent customer rapport and can deliver great CSI results, along with being confident with up-sell opportunities.
