The company are a leading turnkey provider of district heating networks across the UK.
District heat networks contribute to 2% of the UKs total heat, and my client are looking to assist in the expanding the sector to hit the governments 20% target.
They cover the whole project lifecycle, from development to construction and are expanding rapidly.
In this role, you will initially be working primarily on the tender stage of projects - estimating and costing the prices of above ground district heating works on systems across the UK.
It is an office-based role with occasional site visits.
This is the ideal role for an estimator with a mechanical background, looking to train into the energy sector.

The Role: Estimating costs for district heating projects across the UK.
Project requirement analysis - with accurate estimate creations and subsequent project management, Working on above-ground works, connecting buildings to district heating piping.
Initially you will be working primarily on the tendering stage of projects with a movement to live projects.
Tender management and assistance.
The Candidate: Estimating experience - with a mechanical background.
Motivate to train into district heating, as well as having personal career goals.
Looking for an opportunity for long term growth and progression.
