SENDCo | Job Summary SENDCo Role looking for someone to start immediately Salary: Inner London M1-M6 National SENCo award required (NASENCO) In-depth knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, with strong, specialized subject expertise supported by a relevant degree and appropriate teaching qualification.
Fantastic opportunity to work as part of an established team Manage and lead staff whilst co-ordinating support for students with SEN.
Implementing classroom accommodations and creating an inclusive learning environment where every student is valued and empowered to succeed SENDCo | School Details In this SENDCo role, you'll have the chance to further develop and refine the excellent provision already in place, supporting students in building their skills and aspirations while fostering their social, emotional, and pastoral growth.
As SENDCo, you will oversee relationships with parents, teachers, and external partners to ensure steady pupil progress.
You will also review documentation, lead EHCP meetings with local authorities, and manage therapeutic interventions, ensuring consistently high-quality support is delivered.
