\n Responsibilities: \n As a qualified social worker with significant management experience, you will lead a team of IRO's and CP Chairs, contributing to our ongoing development as we strive to deliver high quality support to children and families; and you will play a key role working alongside the Safeguarding Partnership to improve the quality of multi-agency input to child protection conference and CLA review processes.
