Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a dedicated team of Independent Reviewing Officers (IROs) and Child Protection Chairs.
* Provide expert evaluation and quality assurance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the Safeguarding Partnership to enhance multi-agency contributions to child protection conferences and CLA review processes.
