Pertemps is on the lookout for a proactive and innovative Revenue Manager to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes across both in-store and online sales channels, along with various revenue streams.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, 8:45am - 5:30pm also offering  Competitive salary Pension Long service awards Employee discount Cycle to work scheme Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage reconciliation across in-store, online, and miscellaneous revenue streams.
Investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies swiftly to keep processes running smoothly.
Collaborate with IT and Finance to enhance automated systems and reports.
Ensure payment processing systems are cutting-edge and functional.
Develop internal controls and procedures to safeguard against revenue leakage.
Deliver detailed reports on reconciliation and revenue for senior leadership.
Drive the monthly and year-end financial closing processes in collaboration with finance.
Support audits with in-depth documentation and expert explanations.
Mentor and guide a team to successfully manage the company's intricate revenue landscape.
What We're Looking For: Solid experience in financial reconciliation, ideally within retail.
Sharp attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Expertise in handling both in-store and e-commerce payment and revenue processes.
Mastery in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
A background in finance or accounting Experience in a multi-channel retail environment.
