Job Description Revenue Accountant | Global PR Agency | Central London \n \n Harmonic are delighted to partner with a well-established Strategic Communications Agency, supporting them with their search for a Revenue Accountant to join their team out of their Central London offices.
Turning over around £20mill in the UK, they have been worldwide leaders in their market and have now expanded to offices in five international locations.
They are pioneers in integrated communication campaigns, aiming to help clients manage their reputation, improve their visibility and media coverage, delivering global campaigns across multiple platforms.

\n \n The Role: \n \n Reporting into an experienced Financial Controller and working closely with the Finance Director, the role of Revenue Accountant is key to driving the commercial success of the client facing teams.
This role will require providing financial and commercial insight to the client facing leadership teams, involving leading on key projects and process improvements which have been identified as integral to the future direction of the department.
\n \n You will work alongside client services to ensure projects and retainers are profitable and budgeted appropriately, team resourcing is managed and working capital is minimised.

\n \n Key Responsibilities: \n \n \n Monthly revenue and project budget postings \n Management of efficiency and margin (revenue, direct costs, and staff costs).
\n Project management / monthly finance surgeries with project managers \n Maintain revenue fee sheets, project budgets and posting revenue journals at month end.
\n Working with the senior team to ensure revenue and staff forecast is updated regularly \n Provide regular and ad hoc analysis and information to stakeholders.
\n Liaising with auditors for all revenue profit and loss (fees, expenses recharged) and balance sheet items (accrued and deferred income, WIP).
\n \n \n What We Need to See (Essential Skills): \n \n \n PQ ACCA / CIMA / ACA \n 2+ years' experience of performing a Revenue Accountant role or similar.
