Mode search is exclusively supporting an iconic luxury brand in their search for a Retail & Ecommerce Data Analyst.

Based Monday to Friday in the Mayfair Head Office, this role is part of the CRM team and will support the Client Experience Manager is enhancing data quality and setting up reports on clients segmentation, transaction data and general performance trends across retail and Ecommerce.
The Role Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes using Excel VBA or Macro Create and maintain automated data processes Produce and track key performance indicators Develop and support reporting processes Monitor and audit data quality Prepare reports using business analytics reporting tools Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using Excel Requirements Expert level in Excel including data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
Minimum 2 years experience in the fashion or luxury industry Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on customer success or customer data.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
