Responsibilities: Running lunch and evening service efficiently.
Training new staff members.
Maintaining good customer relations.
Assisting general manager with the party organization and planning.
Following Health & Safety procedures.
Keeping inventory.
Ordering and managing stock.
Overseeing daily restaurant operations and bookings.
Reporting to General Manager.

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
