The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Manager positionmust have experience in an award winning /multi rosette,/ Michelin Star accredited propertyand be used to running shifts in a high quality venue in a highly professional , hands on and friendly, customer focused manner .
You will be a strong character who can manage a team and also manage a demanding customer base.
