Due to the beautiful remote location access to your own transport is essential.
This is a fulltime position however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).

From scanning the market for travel consumer and competitor trends togetting out on the road to visit destinations and securing best rates and availability for our customersand ensuring we market our holidays to reflect their beauty this really is a varied role!
You will assess both existing products and develop new concepts using your wellestablished industrynetwork of contacts to stay up to date.
Using all your insights knowledge and commercial awarenessyou will sit in a team that leads the business on our future strategy through regular planning meetingsacross Marketing Commercial Sales and Operations.
Am I the right person We are looking for your application to demonstrate: Demonstrable management level experience in a proposition development contracting orcommercial role ideally in travel.
A thorough understanding of the selfguided holiday market and the ability to draw on market and consumer insights to develop new and existing product.
A passion for designing commercially feasible product that also delivers an excellent customer experience is essential.
Youll have a keen awareness of this sector of the travel industry and a ton of ideas on how you can further improve Inntravels product portfolio to meet customer needs and capitalise on market trends.
Experience and confidence in dealing with contract negotiations and maintaining service level agreements with suppliers is essential.
Collaboration is key to our success and youll thrive on working alongside Commercial Sales Operations and our Marketing teams.
Excellent communication skills so that interactions with stakeholders (internal and external) is clear concise and effective.
Ability to hit deadlines and manage concurrent tasks.
You care deeply about the sustainability journey that Inntravel is on and will be able to work to a 3P bottom line (People Planet and Profit).
Able and willing to travel regularly overseas to develop and enhance holidays in any of Inntravels destinations is essential.
Ideally youll be fluent in at least one European language in addition to English.
Previous experience of working within a tour operators Product or Commercial function is desirable.
Good interpersonal skills with an ability to relate appropriately to suppliers customers and colleagues.
Highly positive creative and selfmotivated but you must be a good team player working to shared objectives.
Highly flexible can do attitude able to shift priorities in response to changing business requirements and new opportunities.
Demonstrate a clear passion for travel (especially in Europe): the outdoors European culture traditions and heritage.
