Restaurant General Manager Michelin Star We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join a small team within a fantastic Michelin starred restaurant with rooms.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will run the day to day of this highly accoladed Restaurant ensuring impeccable service is always delivered.
The Perks As the Restaurant General Manager, you can look forward to the following: Salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience 4 days on 3 days off £300- £600 a month in service Meals on duty Good service training provided Fun, fast paced environment Live in available for short term relocation The Place A renowned and beautiful boutique property, with 1 Michelin star, a Michelin Green star & 4 AA rosettes.
They also have 8 guest rooms set in the Wye Valley & woodland.
The Person The successful Restaurant General Manager will have the following: Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Michelin starred Restaurant WSET level 3 preferable dedicated to delivering impeccable service at all times Must be able to drive or live very locally to the area A solid career with long tenures in a similar setting Flexible to work shifts as required.
Excellent spoken and written English.
