This means you will have a real impact on the candidates' experience of applying for a job and their new employment with us.

Main duties of the job This is an exciting and dynamic role.
Some of our key responsibilities include - - Responsible for providing a high quality Recruitment service across the Trust, including temporary staff, medical workforce and volunteers - Providing a customer focused service to candidates, employees, managers, workers and volunteers with regards to recruitment, onboarding, payroll and workforce information - Producing reports and supporting the provision of information on a regular basis We do all this whilst remaining committed to our Trust values.

CCC supports hybrid working and you will also have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.
