Resource Manager – Resource Management & Contract Operations Our client is a world renowned American Software company that provides innovative software packages globally to everyone from Enterprise tech companies to individual creatives and they have an immediate requirement for an Operations Analyst to join their team What's on offer 6 month initial contract with potential to extend to 23 months and then to permanent Salary of £45k per year 1 day per week in Edinburgh, London or Reading office What you will do You will be working in partnership with Sales and Delivery colleagues to develop a mid to long term view of pipeline demand for Professional Services You will ensure that high-quality resource requests are raised in a timely fashion You will be supporting Sales and Delivery colleagues in their day-to-day tasks using the Employee Resource Planning tool, Microsoft Dynamics.
In time you will become a subject matter expert and proactively share your knowledge You will be involved with vendor management & onboarding & offboarding of vendor resources, raising & governance of purchase orders, and ensuring that all related activities are executed in line with company standards What you need to succeed in this role Very strong skills with Excel is mandatory.
Must be very good with Vlookup and pivot tables Microsoft 365 applications, especially Microsoft Excel (proficiency with Pivots, vLookup etc is essential) Employee Resource Planning (ERP) software, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Salesforce PowerBI Atlassian JIRA Your next step to apply Apply now with word document CV for immediate review.
