Constellation is looking for an experienced recruitment and resourcing team member to lead and drive recruitment projects around Ireland.

Overseeing a variety of contracts as the account owner, you'll lead the attraction of candidates, and then match them to appropriate positions based on their skills and personality.
Your role within the team is multi-faceted and your ability to multi – task will be key.
Much of our recruitment is done online with screening calls, assessments and training.
The flexibility of the recruiter resourcer is the ability to see and understand the requirement of the business and driving the recruitment where needed.
Working closely with your local Consultants there will be planned recruitment campaigns and ad hoc recruitment requests to manage from advertisement to screening and processing applications.
Amending adverts and using social media will be required in creating interest in roles that are available.
There will be a mix of single recruitment needs as well as mass recruitment for large venues for example 300 casual waiting and bar staff to service the requirements of major sports stadia.
Key Responsibilities: Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates.
Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications.
Telephone screening applicants to assess their suitability to the roles.
Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the client company Via Teams and face to face onboarding of new starters giving them the basic knowledge to start a new role.
Meeting with clients to develop and expand business opportunities and understand the skill set required in their business.
For this role we are looking for someone who: Can manage multiple adverts at once Is confident and happy conducting multiple phone calls a day Is organised and can prioritise effectives Is experience in working with a talent acquisition system Is enthusiastic about hospitality and catering, with experience ideally gained in this sector This role will primarily be working Monday - Friday but some evening and weekend work will be required to support a variety of candidates through their application process.
This role can either be primarily based from home (Birmingham location) or from our office in Rubery, Birmingham.
