The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of residential property transactions, from sales and purchases to leaseholds and re-mortgages.
You'll manage your own caseload, working directly with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the property transaction process.
Key Responsibilities : Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
Advising clients on all aspects of the buying, selling, and ownership processes.
Conducting title reviews, searches, and drafting necessary documents.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Handling exchanges, completions, and registrations accurately and within deadlines.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Requirements : 2-6 years PQE.
Proven experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of relevant property law, regulations, and conveyancing practices.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage competing priorities.
