Job DescriptionThe Role – Legal Client PartnerWe have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Client Partner to join our new office inHursley, Winchester.The role will be flexible, but the successful candidate will be based from the office at least 2 days per week.If you're looking to join an entrepreneurial firm that is challenging the status quo of traditional law firms, this could be the opportunity for you.You will need to have a strong knowledge and a keen interest in at least one of the areas of corporate, commercial, intellectual property and employment law.
We welcome applications from individuals with experience in other areas of business law so long as the experience is relevant.It will be your job to really understand our clients' businesses and provide them with the right level of legal guidance and support as and when they need it.
You will be working closely with our team to ensure our clients receive the guidance and support they need in a timely manner.
An ability to oversee and manage a project from start to finish with excellent attention to detail will be essential for this role.And when you're not helping our clients to grow and protect their businesses, you'll be working closely with the management team at Hybrid to help grow and develop our business and your role within it.Essential Experience:• Relevant work experience within our core areas of law (noted above)• A safe and secure home working environment• Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs• Excellent organisational skills• Excellent time management• Excellent attention to detail• Strong interpersonal skills• Great communication skills• A good sense of humour• Self-motivated• Uses own initiative• Problem-solving qualities• Strong team player• Receptive to challenge and change• Ambitious to developHands-on Role You will be our client's first port of call when it comes to support with legal research, reviewing contracts and providing legal guidance to our clients.
