An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Legal 500 ranked law firm in the Thames Valley as a Residential Property Partner.
This firm is looking for an experienced solicitor (6+ years' PQE), associate, or senior solicitor to play a key role in the growth and success of their highly regarded Residential Property team.

The Role: This is a senior role where you will take responsibility for managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion.
You will work closely with the team to ensure that clients receive timely, efficient, and high-quality legal services.
Your responsibilities will also include mentoring and supervising junior members of the team, while actively contributing to business development efforts and further strengthening the firm's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Caseload Management : Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring cases are processed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Team Leadership : Supervise and support junior solicitors and legal staff, ensuring the highest standards of client service and legal compliance.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and offering a full range of services.
Business Development : Contribute to the firm's growth by engaging in networking activities and developing new client relationships, particularly with local estate agents and property professionals.
Professional Standards : Ensure compliance with the firm's quality standards and uphold the firm's values of integrity, excellence, and approachability in all client interactions.
The Ideal Candidate: Experience : At least 6 years' PQE in residential property law (solicitor, chartered legal executive, or licensed conveyancer).
Technical Expertise : Proven experience in managing complex residential property transactions, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
Business Development : Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and build client relationships.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
Local Knowledge : Ideally, you will have strong local connections within the Thames Valley area and be well-versed in the local property market.
