We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm with offices across the Cambridgeshire region, who are seeking to recruit for a Residential Property Lawyer.
This is a permanent, full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.
Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish Conduct title searches and review search results for accuracy Draught and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Provide exceptional service to clients and deliver successful outcomes Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in residential conveyancing, with a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEX etc.)
