The Role:
The firm is seeking a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE to join its busy Residential Property department.
The successful candidate will inherit an established caseload, working closely with the Head of Department and a supportive team comprising a trainee solicitor, paralegal, and conveyancing executive.
This role involves managing a varied caseload of approximately 30 files, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Lease extensions Transfers of equity Working with high-net-worth clients and long-standing repeat/referral clients You'll be expected to work independently while contributing to the growth of the department by nurturing existing client relationships and building new connections within the local community.
