Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Dundee

Our client requires an experienced Solicitor to join its firm in Dundee.
The principal areas of work are residential purchase, sale and transfer.
The ideal candidate will be at least 3 years' PQE with excellent client care skills.
Some of your responsibilities will include:Take on cases on the instructions of the HOD/ PartnerTake calls from clients and third partiesMeet with clientsConduct all necessary conveyancing formalitiesTake all opportunities to offer our clients other services provided by the firm including mortgages, wills, etc.Carry out other duties as required by Partners from time to timeAdvise clients and keep them informed of progressThis is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly local team.
