Data Protection Lawyer – Glasgow, Edinburgh, Or Dundee

Our client, a leading Scottish full-service firm, is seeking a Data Protection Lawyer to join its team.
The team provides data protection and compliance advice to clients across a wide range of sectors.
The role can be based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Dundee.Responsibilities will include:Providing comprehensive advice to clients on data protection, privacy regulations, and compliance matters (including GDPR).Assisting clients in managing, reporting, and investigating data breaches.Supporting clients in handling and resolving personal data breaches, including communication with the ICO.Collaborating with the wider team on commercial contracts and other legal matters as required.Candidates at the NQ to 3 years' PQE level, with strong experience and a thorough understanding of data protection laws, privacy regulations, and GDPR compliance will be considered.This is an exciting full-time opportunity offering a comprehensive benefits package and an excellent working environment.If this position could be of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Steph or Cameron for an initial and confidential discussion.
