You will be working in and around Brighton & Hove, Horsham, Crawley, Billingshurt (and surrounding areas) Littlehampton, Aldershot, Farnborough, and KT postcodes (such as Chertsey, Molesey, Esher.)
You will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication with residents of diverse backgrounds during construction and maintenance projects.
Main Duties: Prepare correspondence addressing issues such as access, delays, changes/additions to works, and resolving resident concerns.
Handle residents' complaints and issues through email, phone, or home visits.
Collect Key Performance Indicators upon work completion and log the results.
Arrange appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary.
Build strong relationships with residents to ensure satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Participate in team meetings to discuss planned construction activities, ensuring targets and client specifications are met.
Essential Skills/Knowledge: Full UK Driving License.
Strong face-to-face customer service experience.
Confident and calm communicator within a face-to-face environment.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents.
Able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
Basic IT knowledge.
Package: Salary: £25,000 to £31,000 per annum.
