The reserving team plays a central role in informing the business of its performance and identifying emerging issues.
The team is committed to maintaining high-quality standards and effective communication with all key stakeholders, including Underwriting, Claims, and Finance.

Key responsibilities Own reserving classes, conduct technical reviews, and present results to CUOs and Underwriters.
Contribute to reserving dashboards and manage data flow to Finance for Lloyd's and Solvency II reporting.
Mentor graduates and help shape the reserving function as the business grows.
About you Proactive, analytical, and accountable with a strong exam record and progress toward qualification.
Experience with ResQ, VBA, Python, or database queries is a plus.
Other info Part of the actuarial team (Reserving, Capital, Pricing, Risk).
The syndicate remains separate post-Aviva acquisition.
