Daily Duties -         Answering all incoming reservations calls -         Diverting calls -         Taking reservations -         Answering emails -         Confirming reservations -         Logging cancellations and no shows -         Lost credit cards -         Member profiles for the next day -         Allocating tables -         Coordinating guest list -         Organising large party bookings -         Preparing function sheet s for the kitchen -         Relaying important member information to FOH andBOH   GeneralResponsibilities -         Supporting the reception staff -         Preparing FOH for each service.
