Job Description \n Reprographics and Administrative Assistant \n Secondary School \n Temp basis \n Mon to Thurs 7.30 to 3.45 / Fri 7.30 to 3.30 \n The Role As Reprographics and Administrative Assistant, you will provide support as part of the Administrative team to the school.
You will take responsibility for \n Organising and completing reprographic tasks (printing, displays, and stationary orders) for staff and the school for lessons and/or events.
\n Operating all equipment, i.e.
photocopier, scanner, printer, laminator, binder, stapler, computer for word processing and desktop publishing any other equipment that may be provided.
\n Maintaining and operating the franking machine.
\n Maintaining and organising the stationery cupboard and display boards around the school.
\n Alongside the reprographics work, you will assist at the reception desk and complete administrative tasks set and agreed with the Head of School Administration.
