Role overview: Repair Technician Newark Newark Distribution Centre (LM0012)- Long Hollow Way, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 2NH Permanent Full Time Grade 2 Salary - £26,500 per annum Hours 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days on, 4 days off At Currys were united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology.

Join us a Repair Technician at our Customer Repair Centre in Newark and you'll be responsible for repairing laptops, notebooks and televisions across a range of manufacturers and faults.
You'll get a buzz out of providing a high-quality service to all our customers through a strong standard of repair at one of the leading repair centres In Europe!
Role overview: As part of this role, youll be responsible for: Repairing customer laptops/notebooks/televisions to manufacturers guidelines Adhering to targets set by the department Working together with the wider team to exceed customer expectations You will need: Basic knowledge of common software and hardware Previous electronic experience or understanding Experience in a customer focussed environment Ability to speak to customers by phone We know our people are the secret to our success.
