Relief Concierge

Working hours: As and when requiredInterview Date: Week commencing 9th December Additional Salary information: 10% night works allowanceThis opportunity is for a motivated, passionate and dynamic individual to guide and support our residents in their journey through their Homelessness Pathway in our Lifehouse, Ryde on the Isle of Wight.
We are seeking Relief Concierges to work day and night hours to cover service needs.
Hours worked 08:00 to 22:00 are paid at £12.28 per house.
Hours worked 22:00 to 08:00 are subject to an additional 10% nightwork enhancement on the £12.28 per hour.

You are the first point of contact for everyone coming into our Lifehouse and can create and influence a positive environment.
The successful candidate (s) will carry out reception and administration duties, data entry, monitoring of resident rent, cleaning duties, building and Health & Safety checks and observe the welfare & wellbeing of the residents over the course of the day / evening/ night.
You will have: Good verbal and written communication skillsA positive attitude and motivation towards supporting our residentsGood planning, organisation, record management and time management skillsPrevious experience of successfully using of Microsoft Office, email programmes and databases Excellent customer service skillsA good understanding of health and safety
