Relationship Executive

We have an exciting new opportunity and are looking for an enthusiastic, career driven individual to join us, based within reach of our Colchester office.

We're interested in speaking with anyone who wants to continue developing their existing skill sets in an environment where true career development is possible.
Whilst some insurance experience is preferred (such as claims, customer service, sales or an administrational role), knowledge of general financial services sector or within a highly regulated environment would also be considered.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity through practical on the job learning to gain all the knowledge and skills required to successfully understand, manage, and support our insurer and broker partners and really make a difference to the performance of the business.

Areas of training will include but are not limited to:

Understanding our business and how, through positive partnerships, we can develop and grow How to make solid business decisions based on the available information, own experience, and consideration of client needs. Interpreting partners needs and requirements to ensure decisions are considering their best interests. How to keep accurate and complete records of internal and partner communications and transactions in accordance with company procedures. Producing material bespoke to clients relating to, but not limited to, claims & underwriting. The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills and strong attention to detail, thrive in a customer centric culture, and have a willingness and eagerness to learn and develop your career.
