We are seeking a motivated Negotiator & Sales Lister to join our clients dynamic team in Brentwood Essex .

In this role you will be instrumental in helping clients buy sell and manage their properties.
Tasks Conduct property valuations and provide accurate market appraisals.Generate new business by identifying potential clients and selfsourcing property listings.
Book and manage property viewings showcasing properties to prospective buyers.Negotiate offers and work towards closing successful sales deals.
Maintain and update property listings ensuring information is accurate and uptodate.Provide excellent customer service to clients building lasting relationships.
Handle propertyrelated inquiries promptly and professionally.Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth transactions.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for listings viewings and sales.
Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in property sales real estate or a related sales environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fastpaced environment.
Selfmotivated with the ability to generate leads and source new business.
Customeroriented mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Basic computer skills for managing property listings and CRM software.
A valid driving license is desirable for client visits and property viewings.
