Your new company Our client is a vibrant community, dedicated to providing outstanding support to adults with learning disabilities and complex physical needs.
The service we are recruiting for is a six-bedded residential home based in the Greenwich area in South East London.
Your new role As a Registered Service Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional support.
Your responsibilities will include: Motivating and coaching staff to provide high-quality care.
Empowering individuals to lead active, fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations.
Overseeing transitions, managing rotas, support plans, and budgets.
Preparing monthly reports and participating in recruitment and staff development.
Performing on-call duties as needed.
This role primarily operates Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility and occasional shift work to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you should possess: A genuine desire to enhance service provision for individuals with learning disabilities.
Experience working with CQC regulations and delivering safe, high-quality services.
Strong coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on practice leadership.
The ability to balance safety and positive risk-taking.
Knowledge of Positive Behavioural Support principles and person-centred care.
A Level 5 diploma or equivalent experience.
Financial acumen to manage budgets effectively.
A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable).

Salary of £36,000 per annum + £2,000 registration bonus.
