RGN OR RMN Nurse - CARE HOME We are seeking passionate nurses to deliver exceptional care in a rewarding environment.
Role Overview: As a nurse, you'll provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
You'll assess care needs, administer treatments, and maintain care plans in line with NMC guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver person-centered nursing care.
Administer medications and monitor residents' health.
Maintain accurate care records and ensure regular reviews.
Support residents with progressive or terminal illnesses.
Work as part of a team, following policies and safeguarding practices.
Mentor and guide new staff members.
Skills & Requirements: NMC pin required.
Strong communication, organizational, and care skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
