Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Heeley Bank Care Home in Sheffield, S2.
At Heeley Bank, we offer care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia.

Position Details: Hours: Days 2 or 3 shifts per week Shift Times: 07:45-20:00.
We work on a rota basis which includes alternate weekends and some bank holidays Location: Heeley Bank Road, Sheffield, S2 Website : monarchhealthcare.co.uk/our-homes/heeley-bank-care-home/ Registered Nurse Benefits Reimbursement of annual NMC Pin payment subject to no restrictions placed An Invitation to Monarch Healthcares Annual Awards & Dinner Contributory pension Referral scheme Supportive team On site Parking Registered Nurse Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse at Monarch Healthcare, your days will be varied and will include: The formulation of person-centred care plans Reviewing and updating of care plans to reflect client need, ensuring Care Plans are completed and maintained in consultation with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and Company policies.
Administration of medication Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Companys procedure and NMC guidelines.
Monitoring of resident well-being Report any ill health amongst Clients and make requests for GP and Professional visits where necessary.
Supervision of the care team when acting as the nurse in charge, ensure a clear and concise handover report is given to all relevant Staff Members at the end of each shift.
