Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
This role requires a thorough understanding of anatomy and a passion for helping others in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments.
Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Skills Strong knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration techniques.
Proficient understanding of human anatomy to effectively assess and treat patients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Empathy and compassion towards patients, demonstrating a commitment to their wellbeing.
