What we're looking for?
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) : Qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Excellent Clinical Skills : Competency in delivering high-quality clinical care for complex cases, with a patient-centred approach.
Empathy and Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate compassionately and professionally with residents and their families.

What you day will look like Resident Assessments and Care Planning : Conduct comprehensive assessments for each resident and develop individualised care plans tailored to their unique needs.
Medication and Treatment Administration : Administer medication and treatments as outlined in residents' care plans, ensuring accuracy and safety at all times.
Resident Safety and Well-being : Prioritise the safety and overall well-being of residents, monitoring for any changes in their condition and responding promptly.
Collaborative, Holistic Care : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that addresses residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
Accurate Record Keeping : Maintain detailed, up-to-date records and documentation for each resident, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Family Support and Guidance : Provide support and guidance to residents and their families, offering clear communication and compassionate care.
