Reference: KA/Band6/RM Job Title: Registered Nurse - Band 6 Location: England, Greater London, Harold Wood Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Health, Medical and related Salary: £23 - £36 Per hour WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 9-5pm on site DURATION: 01/12/2024 – 28/02/2025 RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualified practitioner with ability to manage caseload within community setting with support and supervision Assessment of new referrals to service Liaising with clients, carers and families via telephone, video conferencing or face-to-face Covering Duty Taking part in regular MDTs SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Experience of working within a community older adult or Memory Service team, specifically in a dementia assessment team/memory clinic either currently working in one or within the past 2 years Qualified mental health practitioner who has knowledge of working with and managing a caseload autonomously in the community Not Older Adults services or placements while a student nurse in a OACMHT #KHN
