Our client is seeking a dynamic Residential Children's Home - Registered Manager to lead the setup of a new provision in Slough.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to be involved in every aspect of developing a children's home from the ground up.
With an annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000, this role offers the chance to build and lead your own team.
You'll have a strong support network with an experienced Responsible Individual and the opportunity to shape a 4-bed home from scratch.

As the Residential Children's Home - Registered Manager, you will: \n Complete the registration process with Ofsted \n Recruit, induct, and develop a staff team \n Ensure compliance with statutory and organisational policies \n Lead and manage care and placement planning \n Maintain professional relationships with multi-agency partnerships \n Oversee budgeting and financial management \n Provide professional supervision and training for staff \n Facilitate Ofsted inspections and regulatory reports \n Package and Benefits: The Residential Children's Home - Registered Manager role offers: \n Annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000 \n 40-hour work week with flexibility \n On-call support as needed \n Opportunities for professional development and training \n Comprehensive benefits package \n Bonus structure for Ofsted Good or Outstanding \n The preferred candidate for the position of Residential Children's Home - Registered Manager should possess: \n QCF Level 3/4 in Children and Young People (CYP) \n A minimum of one year of managerial experience within a children's residential service \n Comprehensive knowledge of attachment theory and quality standards \n Experience with Ofsted inspections \n A full UK driving licence \n Level 5 or a willingness to undertake QCF Level 5 in leadership and management \n Previous Ofsted inspections rated Good or Outstanding \n If you have experience as a Residential Care Manager, Children's Home Manager, Care Home Manager, Registered Care Manager, or Childcare Manager, you might find this role particularly interesting.
