Registered Manager

Acacia Recruitment are working exclusively with a 'GOOD' rated Adults Mental Health service, based in Cambridge.
We are looking for an RMN or RGN Manager to take over this medium sized service, along with robust and dedicated staff team and full occupancy service, due to internal promotion.
The ideal candidate for this position will have clinical experience and an excellent knowledge & passion for providing quality care and support to adults with Mental Health.
This is essential as you will be a central person in the leadership, decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary.
