Foreman – Peterborough – £50,000 – £55,000 (Inc Ot)

Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently looking for a Foreman to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients in the Agricultural Machinery manufacturing sector.
This role comes with a clear progression path, with a promotion to Service Manager within 1 year.
Principle Responsibilities for the Foreman: Oversee daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring production targets are met.
Coordinate with different departments to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained and serviced regularly.
Supervise and train team members, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Implement and monitor quality control standards to meet company and industry regulations.
Person Specification: Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Technical knowledge of agricultural machinery or similar equipment.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
This is a full-time permanent Foreman position, offering an annual salary of £50,000 – £55,000 plus annual company benefits including 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products, and free car parking.
