The Role: As a Clinical Regional Registered Manager, you will oversee the care of clients across the South East, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and delivering exceptional service.
You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled Nurse Managers, Nurses, Field Care Supervisors, and Healthcare Community Support Workers.
In this role, you will ensure compliance with CQC regulatory standards while fostering a culture of empathy, professionalism, and high standards of care.
You will also oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, and quality, ensuring these areas align with our core company values: Passion for Quality, One Family, and Inspiring Leadership.

SHCHOJ Responsibilities Ensure the service meets all CQC standards, safeguarding regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Oversee the delivery of clinical care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, including CQC guidelines.
Proactively identify and manage risks related to client care, staffing, and compliance, and implement solutions.
Provide on-call support and be flexible with working hours, ensuring that the service operates smoothly and that any urgent issues are dealt with promptly.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that enhance the growth and improvement of services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
