Job DescriptionJob role – Business/Transaction ManagerLocation – BrightonSalary – £24,000 + uncapped OTE.I am recruiting for a prestigious automotive dealership in the Brighton area who are looking for an experienced Business/Transaction Manager to join their hugely successful dealership.The successful candidate ideally will have previous experience as a Business/Transaction Manager and proven customer service experience skills.Business/Transaction Manager job duties include: To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be co-ordinating the daily activities of the Sales ExecutivesTo provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI'sTo be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitabilityTo oversee the enquiry management processTo promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintainedTo maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals To apply for our Business/Transaction Manager role you will need to be able to demonstrate some of the skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including: Ideally, you will be either a Business Manager or Sales Transaction Manager working in a main dealer environment, who is looking to take the next step in your career.Support and training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulationThis is a fast-paced environment and you will need to be professional, approachable enthusiastic to drive the performance of your team.
