They cater to the clinical, emotional, social, and practical needs of families across North and Central London and Herts Valley.
Their dedicated team offers care in various settings, including homes, communities, and their hospice in Barnet.
As a Children's Hospice Nurse, you'll be responsible for: Providing high-quality, effective patient care in the hospice, children's homes, or community settings.
Planning and reviewing care in collaboration with families to ensure safety.
Acting as an advocate for children and their families.
Ensuring fun and compassion are integral to the care provided.
Following safeguarding policies to maintain safety and confidentiality.
Promoting effective communication and maintaining professional documentation.
Administering medications and maintaining nutritional status.
Participating in governance activities and delivering training.
Package and Benefits: The Children's Hospice Nurse role includes: Annual salary of £34,029 - £41,360, plus a £5,000 joining bonus over three years.

The ideal Children's Hospice Nurse will have: Registration as a Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse (Child Branch).
Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level.
Experience in nursing children with life-limiting conditions.
Excellent clinical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
