About the Role As the Registered Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring that the home operates smoothly, consistently delivering outstanding care that empowers young people to achieve positive outcomes.

The home is already operational and registered with Ofsted (March 2024), with plans to reach full occupancy.

What We're Looking For We're seeking a leader with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and extensive experience in children's residential care settings.
You should be resilient, compassionate, and skilled at motivating and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Requirements: Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or actively working towards it) QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent Experience Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in a children's residential home Demonstrated success in managing homes rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted Key Responsibilities Inspire and Lead - Guide and motivate your team to uphold the highest standards of care for young people with EBD.
Ensure Compliance - Maintain strict adherence to Ofsted regulations, driving the home towards positive outcomes for young people.
Develop Individualised Care Plans -Design and implement tailored care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour management strategies.
Collaborate with Multi-Agency Professionals - Work closely with social services, healthcare providers, and specialist agencies to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.
Manage Occupancy and Financials - Oversee occupancy rates and financial performance to sustain the home's operation and growth.
Foster a Supportive Environment - Create a nurturing and positive atmosphere for both staff and young people, serving as a role model of professionalism and care.
