The Education and Semi-Professional Football Academy (ESPFA) is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and passionate individual to join their central management team in areas of programme management and recruitment.

At the ESPFA we are extremely passionate about education and the academic development of our students.
We are of course always happy to see footballing competition, achievement and progression; however, education has to be the primary endpoint for all of our students.

The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday .
Hours are flexible to meet the demands and responsibility of the job and may include evenings and weekends.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

There will be a weekly schedule produced during the previous week but will always be subjected to change to meet the needs of the programme and any issues that may arise.
The successful candidate will be based on the road at our programme venues but will be required to attend the head office in Greater Manchester, five minutes from Manchester Airport when on occasions requested.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducting monitoring visits at our programmes to oversee teaching and coaching practices/standards and support.
Conducting monitoring visits at our programmes to oversee student behaviour/standards and pastoral support.
Provide staff cover when required for tutors or coaches are unavailable to work.
Liaise with the senior management team on a daily basis and providing monthly monitoring reports in staff performance, standards and student academic progress and behaviour.
To communicate with our partners, coaches, tutors, students and their parents/guardians.
Lead student and parent/guardian meetings in progress, support and disciplinaries.
Attend school/careers events promoting the ESPFA to prospective students when required.
Attend trial and open day events promoting the ESPFA to prospective students when required.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE: ESSENTIAL · A teaching qualification
· FA Level 2 or UEFA C licence coaching qualification.

· Full driving licence and own car.

DESIRABLE · UEFA B licence coaching qualification.

· PGCE or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.

Annual leave entitlement is 28 days including bank holidays.
Travel expenses contribution is provided also.
