The Home This post is a regional post which requires you to travel around different Healthcare Ireland homes within a region.
This may include dementia, nursing, learning disability and mental health homes.
The Role You will manage the provision of a catering service within the home with particular emphasis on the planning, preparing, cooking and serving of meals ensuring all activities and operations comply with operational standards and statutory regulations.
You will oversee all chefs and cooks within the Healthcare Ireland portfolio.

Desired Criteria Experience in a care home setting Required Criteria Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate You will need: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) standard in Food Safety At least 3 years' experience in a food preparation/ kitchen environment An understanding of the nutritional needs of the elderly The Right to Work in the UK Access to a car and full UK driving license Closing Date Saturday 30th November, 2024
