Details of the offer

Job title: Food & Beverage Supervisor As part of Bishop's Gate team, you will be assisting the Food & Beverage department in our Gown Restaurant, Wig Bar & Lounge and assisting our banqueting team for weddings and private events.
You will experience a varied role and your main duties will include; Working closely with the Food & Beverage management team, assist in service across the Wig & Gown Restaurant, Events Operations and Beverage service within the hotel.
Deliver exceptional service standards, with a huge emphasis on exceptional customer service.
Ensure effective communication within the F&B team, particularly across different service areas.
Lead by example and ensure that the team is motivated to deliver customer focused and sales driven service.
Assist in the training and development of food and beverage staff across different service areas.
Under the leadership of our Operations Manager, David Murray, you will contribute as a vital part of our small and friendly team.
Where you will continue to build upon your existing skills, and of course benefit from the variety offered by a role in hospitality.
About you: You will be motivated, willing to work collaboratively with, and in support of, your fellow team members, taking pride in the part youll hold in the Bishop Gates success.
Essential Criteria: Previous relevant experience in a supervisor role within a hospitality environment.
