A dynamic organization is seeking a Red Team Senior Manager to drive cutting-edge attack simulation services for top-tier clients.
This position offers the perfect mix of technical expertise and strategic leadership, allowing you to grow alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
About the Role: You'll lead the charge in delivering attack simulation services aligned with industry-leading standards such as CREST, The Cyber Scheme, CBEST, STAR-FS, and TIBER-EU.
Collaborating with experts in ethical hacking, threat intelligence, and development, you'll help clients answer both the "who" and "how" of potential cyberattacks.
What You'll Do: Execute and manage offensive security engagements, simulating real-world attack scenarios to identify client vulnerabilities.
Research advanced evasion techniques and innovate new tools to enhance red team capabilities.
Collaborate with a dedicated development team to weaponize vulnerabilities and bypass security solutions.
Deliver integrated solutions with a world-class Threat Intelligence team.
Mentor junior team members and managers, sharing technical and professional expertise.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in red teaming or cyberattack simulation.
Strong knowledge of Azure AD, AWS, and Office 365.
Hands-on experience building, automating, and scaling red team infrastructure.
Extensive understanding of security testing requirements and techniques.
